Delete your data

You can have your TrueGo account and all associated data deleted at any time. This includes your profile, listings, photos, messages, and reviews you've written.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@truego.com.au with the subject “Delete my TrueGo account”.
  2. Send it from the email address linked to your TrueGo account (so we know it's you).
  3. We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

Removing TrueGo's access in your Facebook or Google settings stops future sign-ins, but doesn't delete the data already on TrueGo — email us as above and we'll remove it all.
