The deal

TrueGo is a free Australian marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We provide the platform; the deal itself is between you and the other person. Listing is free, there's no commission, and we never handle your payment.

House rules

• Be honest — describe items and services accurately.
• Only list things you own or are authorised to sell.
• No prohibited items: firearms and weapons, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, prescription medicines, illegal goods, or adult services.
• No scams, no fake reviews, no harassment. Verified accounts and reviews exist to keep everyone honest — gaming them gets you removed.
• Pets: rehoming only, in line with state rules — no commercial breeding sales.

Staying safe

• Keep deals on TrueGo — use the in-app messaging.
• Never pay a deposit to “hold” an item.
• Inspect before you pay. Meet somewhere sensible.
• Check the seller's TrueGo rating (Trustworthy · Honest · On time) before you commit.

The legal bits

TrueGo provides the platform “as is”. We don't inspect items, guarantee transactions, or act as agent for buyers or sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules. We'll update these terms as TrueGo grows — material changes will be noted here.
